Design Accuracy Notice:
“While we strive to accurately reproduce the colors and details in your design, please note that the final print may slightly differ from the digital proof due to variations in display screens and printing processes.”
Intellectual Property Notice:
“By submitting your design, you confirm that you have the rights to use it or have obtained proper authorization. We are not responsible for any copyright or legal issues that may arise from your design’s use.”
Proof Approval Notice:
“If you requested a proof, please review it carefully. Once approved by you, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Changes requested post-approval may incur additional charges.”
Production Time Notice:
“Please be aware that estimated production and shipping times are just guidelines. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to external factors like supply chain issues or shipping carrier delays.”
Order Modification and Cancellation Notice:
“Once production has started, modifications or cancellations of your order may not be feasible. Any changes or cancellations requested could be subject to additional fees.”
Quality and Material Notice:
“We use high-quality materials and processes for all our products. However, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent and should not be seen as defects.”
